Editing a Completed Scorecard

You can change the responses you made to any of the questions in a scorecard even if you have already submitted it. This option is useful if you neglected to complete all the questions or if you want to change a response based on new information. However, you must re-answer all the questions since the new scorecard contains none of your previous answers. Conga Contracts will re-calculate the score in the Contract, Company, or Project Profile using your updated answers to scorecard questions. It is recommended that you review your original answers from the Scorecard Profile in the Contract, Company, or Project Profile before making any updates to your scorecard.

Edits to a scorecard can be made from Conga Contracts or from the email message you received, advising you that you were selected to complete the scorecard.

Editing a Scorecard from the Email Message

  1. From the email notification, click the Fill Out Scorecard link.
  2. In the Conga Contracts Portal, click inside the radio button to select your response to each question.
  3. (Optional) Review the instruction or information displayed in gray text directly beneath each question if you need assistance with a question (or statement).
  4. (Optional) Enter information to support, or explain, your response in the corresponding Notes field.
  5. Click Submit.

Editing a Scorecard from Conga Contracts

Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to editing a scorecard in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

  1. Open the Contract Profile containing the scorecard you want to change.
  2. In the Links section of the Profile screen, click the Scorecards link.
  3. In the Scorecards screen, locate the scorecard, and click on it to display its Profile screen.
  4. In the Scorecard Profile screen, click the arrow icon in the By Members section of the screen to jump to the Portal containing the scorecard questions.
  5. In the Portal, click inside the radio button to select your response to each question.
  6. (Optional) Review the instruction or information displayed in gray text directly beneath each question if you need assistance with a question (or statement).
  7. (Optional) Enter information to support, or explain, your response in the corresponding Notes field.
  8. Click Submit.
