Incentive Mapping
Incentive Mapping allows you to define how Rebate and Price Programs apply to quotes and agreements.
Rebate Program Tab: You can define and manage mappings for rebate-based incentives, associating specific rebate programs with quotes and agreements. This tab allows creating, editing, and searching rebate program mappings, applying bulk actions, and reviewing program details to ensure rebates are applied correctly.
Price Program Tab: You can define and manage mappings for price-based incentives, linking Price Programs to relevant quotes and agreements. This tab supports creating, modifying, and searching price program mappings, performing bulk actions, and maintaining program hierarchy for accurate pricing calculations.
All changes are tracked with metadata for auditing, helping maintain accurate incentive application and consistent pricing across the organization.
Basic Search
In basic search, you can search for a incentive program mapping using keywords. For example, you can search using the name of the incentive mapping.
In the Search this list field, enter a keyword related to your Incentive details such as incentive program name.
Click the search icon or press Enter.
CPQ returns all incentive program that contain that keyword in the program details.
Advanced Search
In advanced search, you can search for incentive mapping using a search query.
Click the Advanced Search icon.
- Enter the following details:
- Field: All incentive programs are available in the drop-down list such as program name, type, sequence, is active etc.
- Operator: Operators that are available for selection helps create the filter expression. Operators are displayed based on the field types.
- Value: Enter a value.
Click Add Criteria if you want add more criteria in the advanced search.
Click Apply to enable the search filter. CPQ returns all incentive programs that match the criteria.
