Integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Conga Advantage Platform
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration with Conga Advantage Platform enables sales teams to efficiently manage the entire Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) process which involves creation, configuration, finalization, and tracking of quotes directly within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 interface. This integration allows sales users on Dynamics 365 to create a quote, add and configure products, finalize the quote, and optionally save the data back to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Sales representatives can also check the status of quotes from Microsoft Dynamics 365 at any point in the workflow.
To integrate, Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrators must perform several setups in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Conga Advantage Platform. The customer administrator is responsible for completing the entire setup process with assistance from the Conga support team.
