Defining Price Points

You can define the price points to new price waterfall as per the requirements.

When you click Continue from New Price Waterfall screen, the application navigates you to define price points. You can add and define price points to be used in waterfall. The List Price and Base Price are set by default, you can add other custom price points and set one of them as Net Price.

Slide the Net After Rebate toggle to mark a specific price point as the Net After Rebate value, applicable only when rebate calculations are based on defined rebate programs. The selected price point must come after the Net Price; it cannot be the Net Price itself or any price point before it. This is supported for Bundle + Option and traditional waterfall pricing structures, ensuring consistent rebate calculation behavior.

To define price points to new price waterfall
  1. Click the text box in the Price Point Name column and select the Custom Price Point from the list.
  2. Enter Display Name for the price point.
Note: The Price Point Name and Display Name in the waterfall and chart definition always display in the base locale, regardless of the admin user's locale.

    • By default, Net Price is enabled for the first price point and will allow you to change to any other custom price point,
    • Turning on net price to any other price point will turn off the previously enabled net price.
    • You can adjust the sequence of price points by moving the icon. However, the net price and base price would be in it's default position.
The application creates a new price waterfall.
