User Management
System administrators can create and manage users and access levels on the Conga Advantage Platform under "User Management". All typical user management activities, such as creating, modifying, cloning and deleting users, can be performed. Access to applications can also be controlled through roles and permissions. In addition to these capabilities, users can also be imported using a CSV file.
Refer to the following list of user management activities available under the User Management section of the Conga Advantage Platform. Click on each item to access the corresponding Conga documentation.
Activating or Deactivating Users
- Ensure that the "Disable New User Email Notification" setting in the Organization tab is appropriately configured. Disable to send email notifications when creating users or enable it to prevent notifications.
- Always create a dedicated integration user for use in external systems, rather than using internal user.
- Field searches during user creation are case-sensitive (Ex: Locale search, Timezone search etc).
For more information see User Management in Advantage Platform Documentation.
