Browsing Favorites in Product Catalog

Browse Favorites feature in the Product Catalog enables users to access, filter, and manage saved favorites efficiently. You can create quotes or orders faster by using favorites, also known as saved configurations. These pre-defined setups let you:

  • Quickly add products by selecting a favorite from the catalog and add it to your cart.
  • Save time by reusing configurations for multiple quotes or orders. It ensures consistency and accuracy while speeding up the quoting and ordering process.

You can add favorites to your cart like any other product, making it easy to combine multiple saved configurations.

It enhances the user experience by allowing quick access to saved favorites, reducing repetitive product selections, and improving workflow efficiency in the Product Catalog.

Quick LinkThe Browse Favorites and Browse Products links is available under Quick Link for easy navigation.
Note: On the Product Catalog main page, the Quick Links section shows Browse Favorites. When browsing favorites, it shows Browse Products.
List ViewIt provides key details, including Favorite Name, Visibility Status, Creation Date, and Description.
Add to CartAdding a favorite includes all its items without changing the cart when you click Add to Cart.
Scope FilteringYou can filter favorites by Private, Public, or All to refine their view.
Note:

Favorites can be private or public. A private favorite is only visible to you, while public favorites are visible to everyone on the My Favorites page. You can also view public favorites that are scoped for a specific account.

Search and Navigation
  • You can search for specific favorites via Search favorites box.
  • You can view favorites details and their line items in a new tab by clicking on the desired favorites link.
PaginationIt allows you to specify how many favorites should be displayed on a single page. To set pagination, go to the Show field on the top bar and choose from 4, 12, 20, or 50 favorites on one page.
Sort ByIt allows you to sort the favorites by name or relevance.
