Troubleshooting: Data Extraction
Partial Extraction
Extracting a field or clause produces incorrect or partial information.
The AI has insufficient information in its examples.
Add more data to extract in each paragraph's provision examples.
Insufficient Returns
You do not see the number of extractions you requested. For example, you requested ten extractions, but got fewer or none back.
The provision's maximum number of extractions is set to more than five. Exceeding five extractions per provision will result in throttling.
Do not set any provision's maximum extractions to more than five. Exceeding this results in Open AI rate-limiting the provision.
Two-Column Extraction
You cannot reliably extract data from a two-column document.
Discovery Agent does not support two-column documents.
There is no workaround at this time.
