Setting Up CLM Data Sync
Discovery AI on the Advantage Platform can interoperate with documents and data stored in Salesforce's cloud.
To set up CLM data sync with Salesforce, follow the instructions in Managing Data Sync.
Owing to Salesforce limitations, you cannot reverse-sync tables extracted to Salesforce except for agreement line-item tables.
- Click the gray gear icon at top right, and select Setup.
- In the left navbar, look for PLATFORM TOOLS and select Apps, then App Manager.
- Click New Connected App. Enter the required information, being sure to enable Configure ID Token and Enable Asset Tokens, and click Save.

- Go to Setup > Identity > OAuth and OpenID Connect Settings. Enable the Allow OAuth Username-Password Flows toggle.
- Go to Setup > Identity > Auth. Providers. Click New. In the Provider Type field, select Open ID Connect and enter
APTS_RLPInstanceSettings

- Go to the Conga CLM homepage. In the Conga Contract Intelligence - Admin Actions tile, click Setup.
