Discovery AI carries additional configurations for user roles and permission groups.

1. Log into the Advantage Platform.
2. Click the App Launcher icon () at top left.
3. Click the Admin Console tile.
4. Click the Users tile.
5. In the User List page, click either the user's hypertext username or the More () icon adjacent to it.
6. Click Edit.
7. 
   
   • To grant a user administrative privileges, set the value in the Role field to CongaCLMAdmin and select CongaCCIAdminPermissionGroup for the Permission Groups field.
   • To grant a user document-review-only privileges, set the value in the Role field to CongaCLMUser and add CongaCCIUserPermissionGroup to their Permission Groups field.

   An administrator has full access to administrative and reviewer spaces and can perform all Discovery AI actions.

   A reviewer user can import documents, review, and complete them. Users with this role and permission group cannot access administrative screens.

8. Click Save.
   A success message appears.
