A: Clear - The clear button clears all data from the form(s).

B: Reset - The reset button resets the data in the form(s) back to its original state when initially generated.

C: Download PDF - The Download PDF button downloads the form(s) as editable pdf documents.

D: Save to SFDC - The Save to SFDC button creates Merge History and Merge Target records in Salesforce and saves a copy of the data in the forms to be re-generated later.

E: Sign - The Sign button sends the form(s) to be e-signed. See the “Quik’s E-Sign Integration” section of this document to get the e-sign integration setup.

F: Page selection - Scrolls to the beginning of the selected page.

G: Form selection - Scrolls to the beginning of the selected form.

H: Form area - Displays editable forms with pre-populated data as specified from previous screens.
