Configuring Out of Office Link in Classic
To specify a replacement user while a person is out of the office, follow the steps below. During the time period you specify, Conga Orchestrate assigns all tasks to the replacement user.
- In Setup, use the Quick Find and enter Home Page Layouts.
- Select Home Page Layouts.
- Select Edit next to the home page layout that needs the out-of-office component.
- Select the Out of Office checkbox and click Next.
- Position the Out of Office component in the location you desire and select Save.
- View your home page to see the new out-of-office link.
Using the Out of Office Link in Classic (Optional)
Train your users to use the Out of Office link to set a replacement user for when they are out of the office.
- Select the Out of Office link to identify the user who will manage your data while you are out of the office.
- Select the lookup icon to locate the user.
- Enter the beginning date of your absence in the Out of Office Start field.
- Enter the ending date of your absence in the Out of Office End field.
- Select Save.
