Configuring a Conga Orchestrate Connected App
- Click the gear icon to go to Salesforce Setup.
- Enter Connected Apps in the Quick Find.
- Click Manage Connected Apps.
- Click OrchestrateSetup.
- Select Edit Policies.
- In the Permitted Users dropdown, select Admin approved users are pre-authorized.
- Click OK to accept the security warning. You will satisfy the requirements in the following steps.
- Change the IP Relaxation dropdown to Relax IP Restrictions.
- Click Save.
- Scroll down and select Manage Profiles or Manage Permission Sets (depending on how you want to manage access to Conga Orchestrate).
- Choose the profiles or permission sets that will use Conga Orchestrate.
- Click Save.
Remote Site Settings
Once the Orchestrate connected app is configured, configure the remote site settings:
- Click the gear icon to go to Salesforce Setup.
- Enter Remote Site in the Quick Find.
- Select Remote Site Settings.
- Select the Orchestrate_Setup_Service remote site.
- Click Edit.
- Verify that the Active checkbox is selected.
- Click Save.
