New Features
The following features are new to Order Management in this release.
Enhanced UI and User Experience Updates for Order Management
This release delivers a comprehensive redesign of the Order Management user interface, introducing an enhancedexperience. The updated landing pages for Orders and Order Line Items provide enhanced usability with sortable columns, advanced filtering, pagination, Excel export, and focus filters to quickly identify new or updated records.
Order management also benefit from a centralized Order Settings Page for administrative oversight, with logically grouped settings and contextual help.
Order Management introduces a redesigned Order Detail view, displaying comprehensive order information across Details, Additional Details, and User Details sections. Related records such as Order Line Items, Product Configuration, Custom Plans, and Forecast Billing Schedules are readily accessible from the Related tab of the Order detail page.
For eligible orders, the Details page displays an Action button that opens the Actions panel when selected. Depending on the order status, the panel provides Activate or Generate Billing options. Users can now activate orders and generate billing directly from this page. The system displays only eligible Order Line Items (OLIs) for activation or billing, with options to select all or specific OLIs across paginated views. The activation and billing processes update the order and OLI records with the relevant dates.
The Order Line Item page displays key information such as product, pricing, billing, and user details in a structured layout. The view supports layout customization along with actions including Activate and Generate Billing buttons.
