The Enable One Time Change field controls the actions available for assets. When this field is set to False, all asset actions are available for mixed products (containing both recurring and one-time price types). However, for pure one-time products, only the Terminate action is available.

You can control the Enable One Time Change field from Revenue Admin UI or Update custom settings associated with a flow API.
