Presenting a Quote

Requesting Changes

The Request Changes feature in Partner Commerce allows Partners to provide comments when requesting updates on quotes in the Presented status. Comments include the user name, timestamp, and type, and are displayed in the Comments section for review by Sales Representatives.
  1. Go to the presented quote and click ellipsis icon next to Accept button.
  2. Click Request Changes.
    Request Changes prompt appears to provide the comment.
  3. Refer Comments topic to add a comment.
  4. Click Send Request.
Request changes and comments will be available in the Comments section.
