Configure the Conga Composer CFQ Connected App:
- Navigate to Salesforce Setup.
- Type in "Connected Apps" in the Quick Find search box and click Manage Connected Apps.
- Click Edit next to to the Conga Composer CFQ Connected App.
- Change the Permitted Users field value to Admin approved users are pre-authorized and click OK.
- Click Save.
- Navigate back into the Conga Composer CFQ Connected App and click Manage Profiles.
- Select the user profile that will use Conga Quote Generation and click Save.
