New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.

Emailing Only Executed Document

When contracts are auto-activated, only the executed document is sent through email, while all documents within the contract, including the executed one, are retained in the system. For more information, see Activating a Contract.

Viewing only Valid Insights

Users can now view only the insights where the Is Valid field is set to true. For more information, see Viewing Insights.

Review and Customize Email Message for Review and Wet Signature

The Email Preview panel on the right side of the page is removed to enhance the user experience. The contents of the selected template appear in the Email Message field. The users review the email message and customize it in one step. This change applies to Send for Review (simple review) and Send for Signature (wet signature) functionalities. Default Contract Rule for Submit Request

Administrators can now set a default configuration for submitting contract requests when contract rules are not configured or applicable. For more information, see Submit Request Default Config.
