New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Contract Rule Sequence Field Removed
The Sequence field is removed from the Contract Rules page and View Settings panel.Cancel Signature Request for Adobe Sign
Users can cancel Adobe Sign signature request to recall and void an eSignature transaction already sent for signatures. The Cancel Signature Request can be tracked from the Activity History. For more information, see Cancel Signature Request and Activity History.
Role-based Access Permissions for User
Administrators can grant or remove permissions on objects, enabling users to perform create, read, update, and delete operations. For more information, see Managing Roles and Permission Groups.
Contracts API: Excluding Read-Only and Non-Accessible Fields in ObjectDB API Calls
The Contracts API endpoint now excludes fields marked as read-only and non-accessible through field permissions when calling ObjectDB API. This ensures that only fields with write access are included in the payload.PUT/api/clm/v1/contracts/{objectId}For more information, see Conga Developer Portal.
Approvals for Contract Line Item
Administrators can configure the approval rules and approval flows for contract line items. Users can preview and submit them for approval and track the approval requests. For more information, see Use Case for Approvals.
Controlling Visibility of Sub-menus
An administrator can control the visibility of submenus for users based on their roles and permissions. For more information, see Managing Roles and Permission Groups.
