New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Send for Review Widget for CLM Workflows
A new widget is introduced for the Send for Review stage. Using this stage, the administrators can enable Send for Review activity in the contract lifecycle transition bar on the contract details page. The users can send contract documents for review using the activity provided in the chevron for this stage in the lifecycle transition bar.
Self-managed NDA Contracts
Administrators can enable a workflow that allows users to set up NDA contracts with reduced dependency on the legal team. The users can quickly create, review, execute, and manage NDAs without the need for extensive legal intervention.
Stepper for Contract Lifecycle Transition Bar
The chevrons in the contract lifecycle transition bar have been replaced with a stepper. As the contract status updates, the stepper automatically marks all prior stages as completed. For instance, if the status changes from 'Request' to 'In Effect,' all steps up to 'In Effect' are marked complete. The entry criteria for each stage are predefined in theDefaultOOBContractLifecycleDefinition workflow is provided out-of-the-box and only requires publication by the administrator.Show or Hide Action Buttons in the NEXT STEP Panel
The contract administrators can now set up the system to display standard and custom action buttons in the NEXT STEPS panel. They can also set conditions for each action, ensuring that the action button appears in the NEXT STEPS panel of the contract only when the specified conditions are met.Fixed Issues
There are no fixed issues in this release.
Known Issues
The fully-signed PDF i.e. the executed document is not displayed in the Documents tab.
