New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Contract Request Form Creation
Administrators can now create request forms tailored to various record types, with specific steps and fields based on requirements. When a user selects a record type for contract creation, the appropriate request form is displayed, allowing them to input the contract details relevant to the record type.
Configuring the Page Layout of the Contract Request form
Administrators can configure the page layout of the contract request form using the Wizard Layouts in CX Studio, enabling them to edit each page or step individually. They can add new fields and delete existing fields from each page or step, including text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and other supported field types.
Workflow for Automating MSA Contracts
Administrators can publish a workflow enabling end users to generate and activate MSA contracts, minimizing their dependence on the legal team.
Automating MSA Contracts
Users can auto-generate MSA contracts and activate them through a workflow set up by the administrator, eliminating the requirement for extensive legal intervention.
Viewing Contract Request Details
Users can now navigate to the contract request details page by clicking the Contract Request Name or Contract Name hyperlinks.
Pagination for Navigating Template Selection Page
Users can now navigate through the template list using the pagination support, to select a template for document preview or generation.
Cloning Clause Records
The "Clone" keyword is automatically removed from the new record name when a clause record is cloned.
