Requesting OneSpan Email Template Changes

How to customize transaction email templates used by OneSpan.

In order to modify the available email templates through Conga Sign for Platform's integration with OneSpan, you must contact our Support team, who will submit a support case requesting the changes.
  1. Open a case with Conga Support.
  2. Identify the desired email template from OneSpan's List of Email Templates. Select the default HTML format or template body of they email type you would like to change.
  3. Copy the default HTML format body and apply your changes in a text editor. Copy your updated HTML template and provide this to the Conga Support team.
  4. Conga Support will create an internal case with OneSpan to make the suggested changes.
Once OneSpan's team has the support case, the updates are expected to appear within 48 hours.
Note: OneSpan email types can only have one associated template. Any changes made are applied to all transactions using the updated template.
