Requesting OneSpan Email Template Changes
How to customize transaction email templates used by OneSpan.
- Open a case with Conga Support.
- Identify the desired email template from OneSpan's List of Email Templates. Select the default HTML format or template body of they email type you would like to change.
- Copy the default HTML format body and apply your changes in a text editor. Copy your updated HTML template and provide this to the Conga Support team.
- Conga Support will create an internal case with OneSpan to make the suggested changes.
Note: OneSpan email types can only have one associated template. Any changes made are applied to all transactions using the updated template.
