Retrieve JSON Debug File for Quote-X
If a user submits an HD ticket that is regarding an issue using Quote-X, it is best to have the JSON Debug file for the Support team to review in further detail.
PREREQUISITES:
You need to be logged in your PROS Quote-X environment.
Once you have reproduced your issue, stay on the browser screen and follow the below instructions.
Note: if you don't have access to the quote content after reproducing your issue (error page, blank screen, etc.), do all the necessary reproduction steps and follow the below instructions before reproducing the issue.
RETRIEVE THE QUOTE-X DEBUG FILE
Click on the Quote-X help menu "?" according to the below screenshot
Once the help popup is displayed, click on the Download button of the "Report a problem?" section.
You should be able to download a file called "quotex-ui-client-state.json". Please, save it to your local machine.
Please attach the file to the ticket created in PROS Connect to help our teams in their investigation.
