The PROS pricing method can be used to resolve the pricing computations of products used in the Catalog and/or Configurator.

However, the following limitations apply:

• It is not possible to use the filtering based on pricing criteria in the Product Filter BRCs, Complete/Partial matching and Filter Method.
• It is not possible in the CatalogUI advanced search tool to use the min/max pricing criteria to look for products of the catalog
• Scaled/Tiered pricing are not supported at this stage
• All values sent as input aliases by CPQ to Price Optimizer or RTPE and mapped to a PPSS/RTPE Dimension HAVE TO BE known by PPSS/RTPE (i.e. present in PPSS/RTPE database). If the sent value is recognized by PPSS/RTPE the call to return the price will fail.
