BROWSER ACCESS (PHONES OR TABLETS)

It is possible to access Smart CPQ from MSCRM (browser) with a quote and theme that are specific to your device. Smart CPQ is opened in a frame contained within MSCRM.

Smart CPQ solution is able to detect the device type: tablet or phone.

When opening Smart CPQ, it uses the bizapp mechanism to

append _TouchPhone or _TouchTablet to the quote model, layout, and service definitions.

Using the same theme for multiple devices will result in a poor user experience on phones. For instance, the standard screen displays well on a computer but not on a mobile device.
