Change Sets
PROS Quote and PROS Quote Release objects are part of CPQ managed package and cannot be therefore included into a ChangeSet.
Can be included into a Change Set all entities managed outside of the managed package: custom fields, triggers, page layouts.
Tip: For page layouts, a good practice would to create a new PROS Quote layout instead of modifying the one from the managed package: This layout would then be eligible for outbound change sets.
