KEY FEATURES

Add by product ID: the agent will add product IDs directly to the quote

• Attribute based search: the agent will identify product descriptions as well and perform an attribute-based search in order to offer relevant options to the user.
• Integration: This agent is integrated with the CPQ Catalog agent, allowing users to move seamlessly from the document upload to a conversation in order to search for more products.
  Note: This agent can significantly improve the efficiency of the quoting process, therefore enabling sales representatives to respond to customer needs more quickly.

USAGE

• Search the catalog based on a business document
• Remember the current conversation context and add more of the same products
• Remember the current conversation to search for other similar products
• The agent can add more of a product/SKU previously added, but it cannot adjust the quantity of a specific line in the quote.

LIMITATIONS

• Only one document can be uploaded at a time
• Documents must be .xlsx, .docx, or .pdf
