You can use Conga Test Cases that are ready-to-use test cases for out-of-the-box Conga product features. You can test these and then clone them for further customization. When you clone and customize a Conga Test Case, it is listed under the Test Cases section in Design.

A new Conga test case is added to cover the basic CPQ end-to-end flow for Out-Of-The-Box CPQ functionality. The name of the test case is "CPQ Out Of The Box E2E Flow".
