API Templates

Cloning an API Template

Using the Test Author web UI, you can clone an existing an existing API template.
  1. On the Test Author home page, do one of the following to view a list of existing API templates.
    • Click API templates in the right pane.
    • Go to Design > API templates in the left pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click the More icon () next to the name of the API template and click Clone.
    • Click the name of the API template.
  3. Review the template details, click the More icon in the top-right corner, and click Clone.
  4. Enter a new name (mandatory field) and a description for the template.
  5. Click OK.
