Schedule Upgrade

Schedule Upgrade tab lets you schedule any upgrade on a specified date and time. You can also view the details of all the packages installed till date.

Column Name

Description

Schedule Id

The unique schedule ID for all the schedule jobs performed in this org.

Schedule Name

The name of the scheduled job.

Release

The name of the release that is set to upgrade for the org.

Schedule Time

The date and the time scheduled for the upgrade.

Job Status

Indicates whether the job is allocated, scheduled, canceled, or completed.

To schedule an upgrade

  1. Click Schedule Upgrade.
  2. Enter the following details in the New schedule upgrade panel.

    Fields

    Description

    Schedule Name

    Enter a name for the schedule.

    Date

    Select the date that you want to schedule the upgrade on.

    Select Release

    Select the release name from the dropdown.

    Time

    Select the time on the date when you want to upgrade your org with the packages.

  3. Click Create.
    The Conga Package Access pop-up is displayed.
  4. Select whether you want to install the package only for admin users, or for all users, or for specific profiles. You can select one or more profiles from the drop-down list for each package. System Administrator is selected by default and you cannot remove the profile. Click Next.
  5. The Package Version Details page displays the name, installed version, and the target version for all the packages. If a package is highlighted by the () icon on the Target Version, it must be upgraded.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Confirm in the Schedule upgrade confirmation pop-up.
  8. The Job Status is set to Scheduled.
  9. You will receive an email when the upgrade is scheduled.
    Note:

    You cannot create another scheduled upgrade until the previous upgrade is completed.
