Max is a conversational, intelligent virtual assistant for the middle office. It is available embedded within the Salesforce web, on the Salesforce1 mobile app, and on mobile devices through such other communication channels as Microsoft Teams.
A Max administrator can:
- Launch an embedded Max chatbot in their Salesforce org.
- Use conversational workflows for Max and configure display cards for conversational workflows.
- Perform setups and notifications on different channels.
Using lookup queries, you can ask Max to search for any entity in your Salesforce org, such as a record or an object or field associated with that record. When you ask it to look up an object, Max shows display cards that match your query. For example, if you ask Max to look up an agreement, Max displays the 20 most recently modified agreements.
Primary cards are adaptive cards that Max shows as the initial response to a lookup query.
