System Requirements and Supported Platforms 

OCC is a web-based, on-demand application that is accessed via a standard web browser through the Internet. Before you install and start using OCC, you must ensure the minimum system requirements.

Conga supports the following browsers:

Conga recommends the latest stable version of the browser for the best performance.

Internet Explorer is not supported.

New Features

The following features are new to OCC in this release.

Ability to Replace Clauses

You can replace a clause with an alternate clause from the Clause Library. You can view alternate clauses in an agreement document only in Edit, Negotiate and Negotiate Plus Access Modes.

CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) Integration with Online Contract Collaboration

You can now integrate Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) with Online Contract Collaboration to open and edit documents generated using merge services. For more information, see Setting up CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) to use Online Contract Collaboration with Salesforce Lightning, Setting up CLM (Contracts for Salesforce) to use Online Contract Collaboration with Salesforce Classic, and Working with Documents in CLM (Contracts for Salesforce).


There no new enhancements in this release.

Conga Internal IDDescription

In the True Up mode, a user was unable to add a new line by pressing enter after accepting track changes. This issue was observed in Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce).

OCC-900After swapping a standard clause with an alternate clause that consisted of an MS Word table with smart or read-only fields, a used encountered errors.

OCC-759In the Editing UI Mode, when a user selects a picklist field value, the context menu is not available which allows adding comments for picklist fields in the document.

In Conga CLM (Contracts for Salesforce), a user cannot publish a document if there are duplicate clauses in the managed clauses.
