Orchestrate offers an optional functionality to Salesforce that does not display within standard page layouts. To override the Task and Event View pages to display additional process information:

In Classic

  1. In Setup, enter Activities in the Quick Find.
  2. Select Task Buttons, Links, and Actions.
  3. Click Edit next to the View label.
  4. Select the Visualforce Page radio button and select Task (FSTR_Tasks) from the drop-down list box.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat for the Event View page.

In Lightning

  1. In Setup, enter Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find.
  2. Select Lightning App Builder under User Interface.
  3. Select View next to the Event Record Page Label.
  4. Click the Activation button at the top right of the page.
  5. Click the Assign as Org Default button.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat steps 2–5 for the "Task" Lightning page.
