To specify a replacement user while a person is out of the office, follow the steps below. During the time period you specify, Conga Orchestrate assigns all tasks to the replacement user.

  1. In Setup, use the Quick Find and type Home Page Layouts.
  2. Select Home Page Layouts. 
  3. Select Edit next to the Home Page layout that needs the Out of Office component.
  4. Select the Out of Office checkbox and click Next. 
  5. Position the Out of Office component in the location you desire and select Save.
  6. View your Home Page to see the new Out of Office link. 

Using the Out of Office Link in Classic (Optional)

Train your users to use the Out of Office Link to set a replacement user for when they are out of the office.

  1. Select the Out of Office link to identify the user who will manage your data while you are out of the office.
  2. Select lookup icon to locate the user.
  3. Enter the beginning date of your absence in the Out of Office Start field.
  4. Enter the ending date of your absence in the Out of Office End field.
  5. Select Save.
