Using the Instant Packages tab, you can select a package and start the upgrade process with a single click. You can also view the details of all the packages installed till date.  

Column Name

Description

Job Id

The unique ID for all the jobs performed in this org. Click the Job Id to see more details for the particular job.

Organization NameThe name of the organization is displayed here.
Job Start DateThe day and date when the the job was initiated. 
Job DurationDuration required to complete the process. For an in-progress job, the data in this column is refreshed after every two minutes.
Release NameThe name of the release installed in the org.
Job StatusIndicates whether the job was successful or skipped.

Upgrade to latest GA package: This feature allows you to upgrade the org to the latest GA package.

To upgrade the org to the latest GA release: 

  1. Click the latest major release version button.
  2. The Conga Package Access pop-up is displayed. Select whether you want to install the package only for admin, for all users, or for specific profiles. Select one or more profiles from the drop-down list for each package. System Administrator is selected by default and you cannot remove the profile. Click Next.
  3. The Package Version Details page displays the name, installed version, and the target version for all the packages. If a package is highlighted by the () icon on the Target Version, it must be upgraded.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Confirm in the Release upgrade confirmation pop-up.

Upgrade package: This feature allows you to install the latest patches, hotfixes, and GA release packages.

To upgrade the org to latest patches, hotfixes, and GA release packages:

  1. Select the release version that you want to install the packages for.
  2. Click Upgrade Now.
  3. The Conga Package Access pop-up is displayed. Select whether you want to install the package only for admin, for all users, or for specific profiles. Select one or more profiles from the drop-down list for each package. System Administrator is selected by default and you cannot remove the profile. Click Next.
  4. The Package Version Details page displays the name, installed version and the target version for all the packages. If a package is highlighted by the () icon on the Target Version, it must be upgraded.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Confirm in the Release upgrade confirmation pop-up.
