Generating an Access Token

To test an API, you need an environment and must generate an access token key. The token key when generated is valid for 60 minutes, after which you must regenerate the token.
  1. On the Test Author home page, go to Design > Generate Access Token.
  2. Select your environment using the Quick Find option. Environments that are in Active state are displayed in the search result.
  3. Enter Client ID and Client Secret.
  4. Click the Generate button in the top-right corner. The access token is generated and stored.
  5. Click Close.
