How you access AiMe depends on which user interface you're using. If you are using Conga's Modern user interface, you can open a conversational AiMe experience directly from the navigation bar at the left of the page.

This raises the AiMe chat window:

Ask AiMe, and it will route your question to the appropriate Skill.

You can also access AiMe through the Skills themselves. If you are using Conga's Classic user interface, you must access AiMe through the Skills in their contexts.
