AiMe for Administrators
AiMe presents users with a simple natural-language query window and conceals most of the "moving parts" to keep the user's attention focused on the business information they need, and not the minutiae of how to get it. Users "Ask AiMe" and the AiMe AI agent parses their question, decides which AI Skill will be most effective to get the answer, and sends the transaction on to the agent presenting that Skill. The returned answer displays in the AiMe user interface. For more involved requests that involve specialized workflows (such as redlining or document data extraction), AiMe refers the user to a dedicated AI tool, like Conga Redline or Conga Discovery.
While it is sufficient for an end user to simply "Ask AiMe", administrators must understand some of the complexities of the system topography. AiMe can be deployed to serve in any product vertical (CLM, CPQ, or Document Automation) and can be accessed from Salesforce or Advantage Platform. Each of these use cases presents an AiMe instance optimized for the task at hand.
For CPQ deployments, AiMe offers a specialized utility (Skill) for generating and negotiating prices called the Quoting Skill. For CLM deployments AiMe Skills for finding information in large databases (the Search Skill) and analyzing individual documents in detail (the Q&A Agent). Additionally, CLM products offer the gateway for contract assessment and negotiation (Redline) and extracting large volumes of information from documents and third-party paper (Discovery). For Document Automation deployments, AiMe accesses the Template Generator to help you develop working production document templates.
Once you have deployed your AiMe instance, your users can engage these Skills to help in their tasks, and you can use them to help with yours.
