New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga Approvals in this release.
Conditional Approve/Reject Operation
Users can now see and use Approve, Reject, Reassign, and Recall buttons based on their permissions, assignment, and queue membership. With permission, a user who is assigned the review sees assigned records with these buttons as configured. Users in the review queue can reassign records to themselves, exposing the other buttons. A user without permission to approve or reject a record who has not been assigned a record for review and is not part of the queue cannot see these buttons.
