Majority Policy Parity

Approvals on the Conga Platform extends majority-rule process and subprocess approval behavior to child processes.

When multiple child records satisfy the same step, approval requests are now submitted sequentially instead of in parallel. The system follows the ApprovalRuleAssignee internal dependency, ensuring the correct order of approvals regardless of the number of child records and consolidation.
