The following features are new to Conga Approvals in this release.
User ID Extraction Facilitated
For CPQ on Salesforce customers migrating to Conga Platform, when the Salesforce administrator enters a username, the Approvals engine can find the corresponding user ID.
Custom Queue Assignee
An admin can select Custom Queue as the assignee type, raising entry fields for Object, Record Criteria, and Assignee. See To create or edit rule entries.
Custom Queue Business Objects
An administrator can use Conga Platform objects to define a Custom Queue assignee type for selection at runtime.

Persistent Reminder Data
Pre-configured approval request reminders persist, enabling the administrator to enable or disable reminders temporarily without having to recreate the entire reminder set each time it is re-enabled.
Suppress Approval Request Emails on Group or Queue Requests
Approvers' receipt of individual approval or rejection request emails can be disabled when the email is sent to a queue or user group. Review the SuppressQueueEmails parameter in API documentation at Get system properties and Update system properties.
