The following features are new to Conga Approvals in this release.
Patch EmailConfig API Added
A patch call has been added to the /v1/system-properties/email-config endpoint, separating creation (Post) and update (Patch) calls. See Update email configuration.
UI Flow Enhancement
Assignee flow charts are removed from the Preview/Submit UI. See Preview and Submit for more.
Hide Approver Names Setting
A new setting controls whether approver names appear in the left panel of the My Approvals page when it is minimized. The default value is OFF. When set ON, the step’s first assignee is not displayed. See Preview and Submit for more.
Approver Order, Dependency UX Enhancements
In a multi-approver list with dependencies, you can now see a serial number for each user, enter dependencies by number, and drag and drop approvers in the order, with dependencies automatically updated. See To create or edit rule entries for more.
Users can return to the page from which they opened the My Approvals page, enabling them to review contract details when they have reached My Approvals from a contract detail, quote detail, or custom page.
Commenting Parity
Submission Comments Enabled and Recall Comments Enabled settings added, allowing comments to pass through to the Approval Flows screen’s Comments tab.
