Accessing Sample Cycle Time Reports
There are two out-of-the-box sample cycle time reports available in Contracts for Salesforce:
Cycle Definitions with Cycles
The Cycle Definitions with Cycles report provides a summary of Total Records, Total Hours, Total Business Hours, and Total Days. In addition to a graph representing the Sum of Business Hours and Contract Agreements, the following columns are available to view:
Cycle Definition: Cycle Definition Name
Contract Agreement: Contract Agreement Name

You must start using Cycle Time Reporting to populate this report with data.
Contract Agreements with Cycles
The Contract Agreements with Cycles report provides a summary of Total Records, Total Hours, Total Business Hours, and Total Days. In addition to a graph representing the Sum of Business Hours and categories (for example: Agreement Lifecycle and Lifecycle to recalled), the following columns are available to view:
Contract Agreement: Contract Agreement Name
Category
Cycle: Cycle Name
Hours
Business Hours
Days
Cycle Definition: Cycle Definition Name
Object Name

To Access the Sample Reports
In Salesforce, click on the Reports tab.
Click on the name of the sample report you want to run.
