To Add Contract Collaborators from the Office 365 Integration User Interface

  1. Navigate to your agreement object. For example, Contract Agreement.
  2. From the left menu dropdown arrow, click on the button you created. For example, Document Collaborators
  3. Click Collaborators
  4. Click Add Approver or Add Reviewer. Salesforce users can be reviewers or approvers. Contacts can only be reviewers. 
    • Approver: this type grants editing, reviewing, and viewing access in Office 365
    • Reviewer: this type grants reviewing and viewing access in Office 365
  5. Search for a user to add an approver or reviewer and click Confirm

To Add Contract Collaborators from a Related list

  1. Navigate to your agreement object. For example, Contract Agreement.
  2. Click on the Related tab
  3. In the Contract Collaborators section, click New.
  4. Select a Contact or User
  5. Select a Type. Salesforce users can be reviewers or approvers. Contacts can only be reviewers. 

    • Approver: this type grants editing, reviewing, and viewing access in Office 365
    • Reviewer: this type grants reviewing and viewing access in Office 365
  6. Click Save
