You can customize the fields available in the Account Obligation Viewer widget.

Prerequisites

For the Obligation Viewer to be available on your Account page in Salesforce, you must first add it to the page with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to your Account page in Salesforce
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right
  3. Click Edit Page
  4. Drag and drop the accountObligationViewer widget from under the Custom menu section into the Account page layout
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Activate
  7. Click Save
  8. Refresh the Account page to view the Obligation Viewer widget 

To add custom fields to the Obligation Viewer Widget

  1. Navigate to the Object Manager in Salesforce
  2. Search for Managed Obligations in the Quick Find search bar and click Managed Obligations
  3. Click Field Sets in the navigation menu on the left
  4. Click Account Obligation Viewer Widget Fields
  5. You can drag and drop field options back and forth from the Available for the Field Set to In the Field Set
  6. Refresh the Account page to view the updated widget

If you do not have any fields selected for the Obligation Viewer widget, the following message displays: Please select the fields you wish to view from the "Account Obligation Viewer Widget Fields" field set within the Managed Obligation object.
