To enable Cycle Time Reporting:

  1. Navigate to Conga CLM Setup.
  2. Click Cycle Time Reporting.
  3. Click General.

  4. Toggle Enable Cycle Time Reporting. When successfully enabled, the toggle displays a blue checkmark with the word "Enabled" beneath, and the following confirmation message displays: "Cycle Time reporting successfully enabled."

    If you disable Cycle Time Reporting, the toggle turns gray with the word "Disabled" beneath. The following message displays: "Disabling Cycle Time reporting will stop all Cycle data from being created. Cycles will not be tracked and cannot be reported on while this setting remains disabled. Please ensure you understand the implications of this setting before proceeding." 

  5. Click New to create a new Cycle Definition. A Cycle Definition determines what picklist you track, what value you track it from, and what value you track it to.
  6. Click Active.
  7. Select an Object Name. 
  8. Select a Field Name.
  9. Select a From Value.
  10. Select a To Value.
  11. Click Save.
