After you have installed the Contracts for Salesforce package, navigate to the Contracts for Salesforce Setup tab.

  • If you selected Install for All Users, the appropriate permissions have already been set. You should still assign the Contracts for Salesforce permission set, because it will account for permissions that may be needed for features that are developed in the future.
  • If you selected Install for Admins Only or Install for Specific Profiles, you will need to add the Contracts for Salesforce Permission Set to all users who need access to Contracts for Salesforce. You can assign permissions via Profiles or Record Types.

To set up user permissions:

  1. In the User Permissions box, click Profile Setup.
  2. Click Set Permissions to assign permissions to users.

If you are using trusted IP ranges, contact the Conga Support team for the Contracts for Salesforce static IP addresses. Enter the IP addresses in Salesforce Setup: navigate to Setup > Security Controls > Network Access and in Salesforce Setup, go to Setup > Profile > Login IP Ranges.

Only add the IP addresses below if your organization is currently restricting IP ranges. Adding these IP address without having other ranges currently whitelisted can lock users out of Salesforce. If you have your own security software, you must whitelist these IP addresses in the security software itself.
