If an administrator has enabled Clause Guidance, your clauses will have a Show Guidance button available during the view redlines process with a description or additional important information about the clause. The purpose of Clause Guidance is to help you decide which clause to select.

To View Clause Guidance

  1. Navigate to a Contract Agreement
  2. Select a Managed Clause
  3. Generate a document with Conga Composer
  4. Click View Redlines
  5. Click Negotiate
  6. Click on any clause in the Clause panel
  7. Click on the Show Guidance button
