Reports and Dashboards
Reports and Dashboards provides pre-defined reports and dashboards customized for Conga CLM users.
Reports: Returns a set of records that meets certain criteria and displays it in organized rows and columns. The report data can be filtered, grouped, and displayed graphically as a chart or a table.
Dashboards: Display key statistics in an understandable format, allowing you to gain insight to fulfill your business needs. The data from reports are displayed on Dashboards in visual formats, such as, charts, tables, or metrics.
Some of the key features helpful for CLM users are:
- Run reports based on contract and clause data.
- Search for specific data in a report.
- Sort any available column and organize the dashboard information.
- Apply filters to specific fields for refining your data view within the report.
- Download the reports in .jpeg format or export in various formats, such as Excel, or CSV (comma-separated values), for further analysis or sharing.
- Displays different charts (Pie, Bar, Line, Histogram, Funnel, Scatterplot, Summaries) showing your custom report data.
- Hover your mouse over a chart to display the details.
- View the reports as list view or in table format.
- View contract record: To navigate to the contract record to view details, click the contract name link. For example, the Contracts by Type/Stage/Value report includes the Contract Name field as a hyperlink, allowing users to navigate directly to the record. However, some dashboards, such as the CLM Admin Dashboard, do not include a Contract Name field at all, so hyperlinks are not available in those reports. This behavior is report-specific and not applicable to all reports.

CLM Report
The CLM Report under COMPANY REPORTS provides the following pre-defined reports and dashboards tailored specifically for Conga CLM users.

| CLM Admin Dashboard | Displays key metrics and visual insights into contract creation and amendment activities over time. This dashboard helps administrators to track system usage, identify trends, and monitor operational performance. |
| Contract Cycle Time Report | Displays average time taken for contracts to move from one stage to another. Displays the data based on record type and stage. |
| High Risk Contract Report | Lists the contracts with high risk. |
| High Value Contracts Due for Renewal | Lists the contracts with high value due for renewal. |
| Contract Clause Report | Lists the contracts containing clauses |
| Contacts with Non-standard Legal Language | Lists the contracts containing non-standard legal language |
| Contract by Type/Stage/Value | Lists the contracts by type or stage along with contract value |
| Contract Expiration - Year/Quarter/Month | Lists the contracts expiring this year, quarter, or month |
