Reply to Posts and Comments
You can respond to posts and continue conversations in an organized way for Contracts, Contract Requests, Supplier Requests, Accounts, and Suppliers. Replies are linked to the original post or comment, making it easy to follow the discussion.
Users can write replies using the editor, add attachments, and share updates with other participants. All replies appear in order, so the conversation stays clear and easy to read.
Reply behavior is consistent across all supported context objects:
Reply via email: All participants (internal and external) can reply directly to the conversation email. Their email replies are captured back into the same thread in the application.
Reply via application: Internal users can open the thread from the email link or from the Conversations UI and reply within the application. Replies remain associated with the originating context (Contract, Contract Request, Supplier Request, Account, or Supplier).
Only users with the right permissions can reply, while others may only be able to view the conversation. Notifications are sent when someone adds a reply, helping everyone stay informed.
This feature helps teams communicate clearly and keep all discussions related to a supported record in one place.
