Obligation Notifications

Conga CLM sends email notifications to obligation assignees, reviewers, and contract managers at key stages in the obligation lifecycle. The table below lists each notification trigger, who receives it, and when it is sent.

Note: For buy-side contracts, where the accountable party is external and the assignee is the supplier contact, the notification is sent to the supplier contact assigned to the obligation.

Note: The previous assignee stops receiving all notifications and reminders for the obligation fulfillment.
